Assistant Manager/Manager in the Outsourcing and Accounting Department

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage about 5 to 15 persons depending on your work experiences;
  • Supervise daily work and review technical issues of the files;
  • Coordinate the work and ensure smooth communication between clients and teams;
  • Assist the Director of the Department to develop new clients and business;
  • Report to the Manager/Director of the Department.

Profile

  • 5 to 8 years experiences in accounting or audit firm;
  • Good technical knowledge of Chinese and International accounting;
  • Good communication, management and business development skills,
  • Senior accountant with CPA, Tax Auditor, or other international accounting qualification will be considered as a plus,
  • Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems,
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Language

  • Chinese (Fluent level),
  • French (Fluent level),
  • English is a must.
