- Acquiring and maintaining an appropriate level of knowledge of accounting standards (Chinese and international), auditing standards (Chinese and international) and techniques, and corporate laws and taxes in Chinese to ensure that the audit filed work meets or exceeds the standards of the profession and Mazars in mainland China and Hong Kong.
- Maintaining an understanding of the client's business and the industry sector in which he operates
- Applying an efficient and disciplined approach, including the effective use and supervision of audit assistants, to meet the time budgets and deadlines established for the audit assignment
- Maximizing client satisfaction with Mazars in mainland China and Hong Kong by establishing and maintaining a professional, positive and productive relationship with the manager and staff of audit clients, recognizing that, of all levels or departments within Mazars in mainland China and Hong Kong, the audit field staff has the most prolonged contact with the client overtime
- Developing audit assistants through effective supervision, on-the-job training, timely evaluation and leadership
- In the office, displaying commitment to the Firm and its objectives, teamwork, loyalty, diligence, enthusiasm, adherence to firm policies and professional conduct
- Pursuing the attainment of designated professional accounting degrees with commitment and diligence
Required skills/experience:
Candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:
- University graduates in finance, accounting and auditing
- Strong English language capabilities
- Hard working, responsible and willing to learn
- Adaptable, flexible team player with mature attitude
