The global spread of the COVID-19 affected many employers and forced them to take some difficult decisions, trying to balance the health and safety of their employees with the need to keep the business running.

Since the beginning of this crisis, we have been closely monitoring the situation and taking action to mitigate the effects of the pandemic. Concerning Global Mobility, OECD has recently published guidance on the taxation of cross border employees during the pandemic, under the application of bilateral tax treaties.
